Renishaw Hall Walled Garden OAKED White 11.5% 75cl Pinot Noir A 12-year-old Benrinnes 2010 bottledLimited Edition Oaked White Hand picked Madeleine Angevine and Solaris make up the blend for walled garden white, the fruit is picked at the optimum time for balance and phenolic ripeness. Back at the winery, the juice is then slowly fermented at 14 deg C. Once fermentation is complete we rack off the ferment lees and leave on the fine lees for 6 months. The wine is then given a light filtration and bottled. Aroma stone fruit, peach, melon, apple and
