It was fully matured in refill ex Bourbon hogshead for 24 years before bottling on the 12th of November 2025. Notes of gooseberries and plums, green tomatoes, curry spices and melon. Bottles by Fragrant Drops at natural cask strength, natural colour and no chill filtration.
