Moutai Yingbin Lunar New Year Distilled using sour mash processVOLUME: 500ml ABV: 53% PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Kweichow Moutai Yingbin, produced in the core production areas of the Chishui River Basin (and Yixing), capitalizes on its unique natural environment. Made from high quality glutinous sorghum, wheat, and water, it is meticulously brewed using the traditional Daqu (Chinese koji) sauce aroma liquor craftsmanship methods. Selected base liquors of varying styles are carefully blended using a wine to wine method.
