The original shape was incredibly narrow, so I worked closely with my last makers to modify the width while retaining the original 1930s shape. I can't stress enough just how incredibly difficult it is to recreate the 1930s silhouette without the correct last! Now we can all enjoy the benefits of this beautiful piece of history.
