Peppermint Cocoa Whipped Tallow Butter yarrow berry-forward syrup with warmPeppermint Cocoa Whipped Butter with Tallow and Organic Cocoa Butter To start off this beautiful product, I traveled to a local farm to purchase some beef suet to render at home. After bringing it home, it is rendered down into a beautiful, buttery scented, rich tallow. I take a portion of this wonderfully moisturizing tallow and place it in a double boiler, along with Vanilla beans, on top of my toasty wood stove to infuse. After it has infused and
