The panel is fixed to the body with self tapping screws and cupwashers.(not supplied with the panel)The two durable dot studs on top of the panel are for securing the Tonneau cover straps. The panel is completely sealed as there is a clear plastic sheet on the rear of the panel which is sealed to the PVC when the
