It is an original Biba sequin vest done in the prettiest baby blue. I have a few variations of this in the shop right now and each is as fabulous as the last. This is a very rare baby blue and the entire top is completely covered in tightly spaced sequins so that every square inch is covered. The base the sequins are on is a stretch elastic
