The gear is carried on the intermediate shaft assembly within the transfer case and transmits drive through the transfer gear train when high range is selected

It seats in the head around the injector

Note: the brake hose retaining clips (EJP813) are not included and are ordered separately

This silencer fits in the front section of the exhaust system

ETC8560 - Idler Pulley C-Radiator Muff The gear is carried onIdler Pulley timing belt idler for the 200 TDi and 300 TDi engine. Provides a bearing surface on the timing belt path, guiding the toothed belt and holding its alignment alongside the tensioner. Inspect and renew whenever the timing belt is serviced. Fits all 200 TDi and earlier 300 TDi engines; where a 300 TDi has been converted to the later timing belt arrangement, the successor idler LHV100150 is required instead.
