Weingut Kolfok - Querschnitt Pinot Noir Rosé 2019 Cerceal Branco Cabernet sauvignon and syrahPinot Noir vines farmed organically with natural winemaking. No fining or filtering. Very slow fermentation and 16 months in 500 Liter barrels created a relentlessly dry, minerally, herbal and fine rose with seductive notes of fire, stone and mineral dust. Querschnitt means cross section. Kolfok means unconventional thinker. The result is the most interesting rose you will ever taste!
