The oval bowl with a flat stem terminating in a tubular socket and baleen twist handle. There is an initial to one side of the flat stem. Hallmarked to the bowl and stem for London circa 1770 1790 by William Abdy I. There is no date letter. Approximate length is 34 cm and bowl width is about 7. 5 cm. Approximate weight is 43 grams.
