Gilles Morat - Bélemnites Pouilly-Fuissé 2023 (750ml) Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru Winemaker Notes: Expressive and exuberantMade from Chardonnays harvested by hand on the first day of September, this wine then stayed for 11 months in oak barrels. It has a beautiful white gold colour and offers an intense and complex nose of dried fruit, flint, yellow peach, golden apple and sweet spices. The palate appears tender and supple, energized by a long lemony finish.
