I started taking NAC and the headache went away, but the NAC caused constipation since Glutathione isnt well-absorbed taken orally, I figured out that a patch would be a good solution since I read that it is used intraveniously to help people heal after surgery and also that NAC is the only thing that helps if someone has acetaminafen liver toxicity So I started the Glutathione patch and the headaches have not come back for several months
